Let's face it. There are hundreds of weight loss programs out there. And you see tons of testimonials how each claim theirs work. But why hasn't the one's you've tried worked?

Well, let's be brutally honest here. They ALL work! However, the success of each of them really depends on the individual.

First, every program works in diffrent ways. It really depends on what you are willing and capable of doing. Some can handle having a liquid meal replacement 2x's a day. Others, need to have a physial food form. And still others having 6 smaller meals, rather than 3 large ones may work better. Or even some other adjustment or a combinations.
